The JQMV (Junior Quarter Midgets Victoria) was started in 2005 and incorporated in 2006. The JQMV was started to encourage the future development and growth of Quarter Midget Racing in the State of Victoria.

We have had a very successful last 2 years which culminated in the running of the 06/07 JQMA (Junior Quarter Midgets Australia) National Title held on our purpose built club track at Avalon International Raceway.

We are fortunate enough to have major backing and support from Avalon International Raceway and Jeff Drew who has seen the future of the senior classes to be quite dependant on the new formulas of Junior Speedway, one of those being Quarter Midgets.
