Round 3 of the JQMV
Championship was held at Avalon in the warm
heat of Saturday 7th November.
The day was proudly
sponsored by Ken & Penny from Kencar
Transport.
Special Thanks to Andrea
and Andrew who were our Stewards for the
day.

With 3 rounds run the
question has been asked ....
“Who can stop the Carroll
brothers”
Billy and Danny Carroll
are having a dream start to the season this
year with Billy taking each of the 3 rounds
and Danny having 2 wins and a 3rd so far.
Danny parking his Go-Kart
for the season to concentrate on his Midget
is defiantly setting the bench mark for all
the other 120cc drivers to chase. Already
giving him a nice cushion in the
championship.
Billy also having a
blistering start to the season often coming
from the rear in the heats to dominate in
the finals.
Daniel Burleigh along with
Bryce and Tyler Carter determine to continue
to put the pressure on Billy and put an end
to the dream run.
The 120cc Class is no
different to the 160cc.
Jordyn Charge is keeping
Danny firmly within his sights all the while
knowing that Jessie Garlick and Luke Dingley
are hot on his heals.
2 rounds of heats with the
120cc meant smaller fields in the heats
giving everyone a chance to gain some
valuable points.
Heat 3 was a great moment
for Kym-Loong Gosling and Tommy Carroll
running 1st and 2nd against the more
experience drivers.
Well Done boys.
The 120cc B-Main saw
Mitchell Smith, Brandon Blood and Kasey
Garlick all trying to take the last 2 spots
in the final.
With all drivers having a
great race it was Mitchell and Kasey
claiming the last two positions.
Danny Carroll able to
again take clean sweep put him out of
position 1 with Jordyn Charge from 2.
Row 2 belonging to the
girls Jessie and Jamie ready to give the
boys a run.
Danny got a great start
followed by Jordyn and Jessie.
Jordyn and Jess swapping
for 2nd and 3rd position whilst Luke Dingley
ready to make his move followed Jessie on
the move past Jordyn.
A great race through out
the field saw the younger kids mixing it
with the older more experience racers.
The 160cc was again very
fast with Billy Carroll and Daniel Burleigh
in the NC Chassis from the front row and
brother’s Tyler and Bryce Carter in their
Racetec chassis starting next to each other
out of row 2 again meant this final was
going to be flat out which it was.
Billy again able to take
the chequred flag ahead of Daniel, Bryce,
Tyler, Jessica and Kyle.
Unfortunately for Luke
Brady a flat tyre put him infield.
Kim-Fui Gosling and Oliva
again having a blast learning the ropes and
getting ready to join in with the other
drivers.
Billy Carroll also taking
home the Hard Charger Award and Luke Brady
taking home Hard Luck Award.
Hoping to see you all at
round 4 on Sunday 22nd .
Racing starts at 12.00pm
